Delete your account

You can permanently delete your PuzzleTime account and the personal information associated with it.

Delete your account in the app

Open PuzzleTime and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.
Tap the Settings gear in the top-right corner.
Choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.

Account deletion is permanent. Your account cannot be restored after the deletion request has been completed.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email puzzlbuddyapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “PuzzleTime account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What will be deleted

Your profile, puzzle history, completion times, notes, tags, friend connections, event participation, badges, achievements, and other personal information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.

What may be retained

Some limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate operational purposes. Information retained for these reasons will be kept only as long as necessary.

Subscriptions

Deleting your PuzzleTime account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription through your Apple or Google account before deleting your account.
